We believe emotional health is a cornerstone of true strength. Our mission is to provide a safe and sacred space where men can explore their inner world with compassion and clarity. By combining decades of Mens Emotional Support Groups experience with deeply grounded soulful wisdom practices, we aim to reclaim the love and dignity all men deserve.
We are a bit different from the classic "Mens Work". We actively advocate for the Well-being of Men in efforts to end the toxic shame and blame cycle so many men experience today. We are a group of emerging elders who have lived through the deep river of pain and seen ourselves and many others, to the side of joy, ease and love. We believe with wisdom comes true help. And a kind of help that allows us to be supported be other men, every day.

We are emerging elders in our lives, having lived through painful divorces, agonizing custody battles, community disrepute, estrangement from our children, deep bias and injustice towards men in the legal system, mid-life purpose crisis, complete mental breakdowns and more... And we are here to guide you in overcoming and thriving beyond those painful, lonely times.
